1. What does a 1-domain license include?

When you purchase the paid version, you receive a lifetime license for 1 domain or website (this includes both the live site and a development subdomain). If you want to use the plugin on multiple websites, additional licenses must be purchased for each extra site. A single license cannot be used on multiple websites simultaneously. You are allowed to transfer the plugin to another domain or move it after setup. After transferring, make sure to remove the plugin from the old domain.

2. Can I get support?

Yes! You are entitled to technical support during the support period included with your package. If you encounter any issues or have questions about the product, please submit a ticket through our Support Center

3. Is the product discontinued or limited when the support period ends?

No. The product does not expire and remains fully functional after the support period ends. You will no longer receive technical support once the support period has expired, but you can renew support at any time if needed.

4. What are resources?

Resources are a collection of assets provided for use with the plugin, including fonts, product images, artworks, and design templates. You can download and use free resources directly from the store with just one click. We also offer premium resources for a small fee to cover data entry and storage costs. You can purchase these additional resources if needed.

5. Do I have to pay an additional annual fee?

No, you do not need to pay any fees to continue using the product. Additional charges only apply if you use extra services, such as customization, installation, extended support, or purchasing additional resources/items.
