Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange . Please see below for more information on our return policy.


RETURNS

All returns must be request within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in origin attached (purchased code, source code...) and all keep secret (Because it is digital technology products). After refunded, You must be accept dont use, dont share or sale any info of product (purchased code, source code...) and delete it on your local storage.


RETURNS PROCESS

To return an item, please go to account -> Request a Refund if your item eligible and email customer service at services@productdesignerapp.com to get a quick response or wait we reviews your request.

Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method (it may take 5-10 business days after it is accept)


REFUNDS

To the extent permitted by applicable law, We are obliged to give policy refunds in any of the situations listed below.

  • You don’t want it after you’ve downloaded it

  • The item did not meet your expectations or you feel the item is of low quality

  • You simply change your mind

  • You bought an item by mistake

  • You do not have sufficient expertise to use the item

  • You claim that you are entitled to a refund but do not provide sufficient information as to why you are entitled to a refund

  • You can no longer access the item because it has been removed (we advise you to download items as soon as you have purchased them to avoid this situation).

  • Your product purchase was made over seven (7) days ago (please email customer service at services@productdesignerapp.com)
